Before Dispatch
If you cancel the order before dispatch, we will simply cancel the order and initiate a 100% refund on the same or the next working day, which should be credited to your account within 3-5 working days.
After Dispatch
After the order is dispatched from our end, if you wish to cancel the order, you can simply email us at spokenenglishgurucourses@gmail.com or call our helpline no. +91-8448443310 or +91-9760375308 (10 am to 6 pm). We'll immediately inform our courier partner to return the package back to us.
Processing & Courier Charges: ₹50/- for individual book | ₹100/- for combo products
Once the courier reaches us, we'll provide you the refund after deducting the processing and courier charges, which should be credited to your account within 3-5 working days.
